D4D Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use the Karmic Matrix mobile application and related website.
a. Information you provide directly
On Android, Karmic Matrix may offer account creation and login features through a third-party backend service.
If you choose to register or sign in, we may process information such as your email address and password
for authentication and account access.
On iOS, Karmic Matrix does not currently provide account creation or login functionality. Users on iOS are not required to register an account.
If you contact us for support or feedback, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message content.
b. Information generated through app use
We may collect limited non-personal information such as device type, operating system version,
app version, language, general usage activity, crash reports, and diagnostic data
to maintain and improve the app.
c. Advertising-related information
Karmic Matrix uses Google AdMob on both Android and iOS to display advertisements,
including rewarded ads. AdMob may collect certain device identifiers and usage data
in accordance with its own privacy policies.
d. Purchase information
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed securely by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We do not collect or store your payment information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with third-party service providers that support app functionality, such as backend services, advertising providers, and app distribution platforms.
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the app and fulfill legal obligations. If account features are used on Android, related data may be retained until the account is deleted.
Karmic Matrix is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can manage ad personalization and privacy preferences through your device settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
